The cur-cones-crimson-castigating close-clients-clique, carefully selected as stern, semi-sadistic sires who sadly miss a son of still spankable state or submissive similar studly squirt to sternly sermonize, strip starkers and soundly scarlet-stripe, savouring such scared-stiff- shivering, superbly-studly squirt sightly squirming, screaming, sobbing in the supreme show of sonly-suitable submission, eagerly agrees next to keep acting as standing corporate study fund jury, cracking the riding whip on Diego’s bare behind whenever he’s getting MBA grades under A, anyway hand-spanking him OTK as maintenance whenever he’s not top-scoring in all subjects. Given great results, the board soon votes to implement a permanent program of executive training, gradually extended to lower staff levels, under the same jury, case-complemented with academic or internal experts per course.
Inspired, the board initiates a broader, voluntary mentoring system, informally hence required for any promotion under 25 years seniority, combing collective ‘master classes’ and individual tutoring by hierarchical superiors, both frequently resorting to spanking on the bare. It also applies, regardless of external (college, corporate …) courses, to ‘young’ executives, even Diego who is re-styled “junior VP”, getting daily dues over the president’s knee, who proves -like most seniors- marvellously motivated to take far more frequent interest in program charges, who are handed company-issued buckskin belts to be brought-down on their bare behinds to ‘better bratty B-behaviour’ blazingly by bountiful brat-butts-blistering.
