For its Headmaster running a place like Bishopsfield Approved Education centre is a daunting task. To help remember the various misdemeanours carried out by its young inmates he keeps a record of offences. The Red Book, aptly named, is consulted to see at what stage punishment will have to be administered. Too many entries and a lad can expect to be on the receiving end of the strap or reluctantly pulling his trousers down for a sound spanking!
Young Tom Harris (Nicholas Salter) has reached his limit in the book and now must face the consequences. A good spanking is laid on to his smooth bare upturned bottom and followed by a dose of fiery lashes of the punishment strap.

???????????????????????????????????? It’s back to review the stiff discipline of the Approved schools. Lacklustre youth Alex Parker (Jimmy Evans) has broken the law again. The magistrate, now completely fed up with his behaviour, sentences him to time served in an Approved School. These British institutions were originally designed to put back discipline and respect in to the wayward young lads of the day. Inside if you didn’t behave life can be very tough.
Two runaway lads, Tom Bailey (Pavel Novy) and Mark Anderson (New Sting lad Alexander Syden) have upset the senior master to such and extent that he sends them to be dealt with by a young house master Mr Crossley (Eddie Savion)
They are to get a good hiding in the old school tradition.
First bent over in their tight regulation grey shorts the rattan can cracks down.

Senior Boys Suffering
Starring Rudi Vallance, Travis Mckinnon and Dan Dickinson with Johan Volny and Marco as the Masters
It’s the senior boys who lately have been causing a problem at Bishopsfield Approved Institution. As older lads, they are expected to set an example. Unfortunately they have been taking advantage of their privileged position and the Headmaster is now determined to put a stop to it.
First port of call is Williams (Rudi Vallance) who had taken to blackmailing some of the more vulnerable younger lads in to carrying out illegal activities on his and other senior’s behalf. He is sent to his Housemaster Mr Volny or some corrective treatment!
Not remotely amused by this seniors conduct he decides to dish out that which he would normally do to a junior.

Inmates of institutions that are designed to re discipline their young inmates also have periodic exams to track a lads progress. The boys in re training need to get good results. Of course there are ways of ensuring that by cheating but those attempting it soon find out that the offence of cheating carries some very severe consequences!
One such boy, Charlie (new StingLad Lukas Lacey) is caught out by his Housemaster and sent off to his study to be disciplined.
Its going to be the first time for Charlie and he is soon bending over, feeling the sting, by getting a leather strap firmly applied the tight seat of his grey shorts.

The Borstal and Approved School judicial system was prolific in Britain and her colonies for much of the 1920s to the 70s. Similar to the USA Juvenile Hall and Reformatory operations these institutions aimed to turn around a wayward youth with a set timetable, rigorous retraining and firm discipline. Most of these young offenders centres were run like strict schools and of course the inmates were permanent borders there. Some argue its what needed again today!
The first part features young inmate Underhill (Richard Hicks) He has managed to displease his Housemaster (Marco).
Underhill is taken by his ear to be taught a lesson.
The lad knows what to expect and is soon bending down to take a caning on his grey shorts.

Sting: Approved Education 19 (Part 1 of 2)
In the 40s,50s and 60s offending youths were often sent by the courts to the Approved Schools to learn how to behave and given corrective training to rehabilitate them back in to society. Some responded to this but others had to be reminded who’s boss and that their cheeky and insolent attitudes will no longer be tolerated.
Two such lads (Evan Ryker & new Sting Lad Ross Sedlak) have finally met their match and for various offences will now be dealt with.
The sound of the Housemaster’s well used strap will soon be ringing round the walls of this strict correctional establishment, not to mention the stinging bare bottom spankings. These always well laid on, leaving the lads firm, well rounded buttocks, red raw. Do they deserve it, most certainly yes
