Tom stops periodically and uses the hoist to lift Russell higher with the wedgie. Russell ends up standing on his toes, but that doesn’t save him. Tom continues the wedgie until the clips rip off of the waist band of Russell’s white briefs, leaving him with the briefs riding as far up his butt as is possible.
At the end of the video, Tom remembers that Russell had mentioned that he has turned 20 since his last video, which means it’s time for a belated birthday spanking!
