Philip has been caught leaving the bathroom in a mess, again. With Philip it is always again, he never seems to learn.

Thrown down over the edge of the couch he gets the belt applied to his rear end in a lesson he should remember this time. Wearing only a towel he has little to protect himself right from the start.
