I have to say, even as a very strict disciplinarian with a severe approach to the corporal punishment of naughty boys, I would not necessarily spank a boy’s bottom for the sheer act of smoking. However, when a rule is involved, it is a VERY different matter! Rules are rules and breaches of them need to be severely dealt with! And Ryan clearly knows exactly how to do that.
Quite brutally forced into a bending position, young Seb receives a good hard spanking which, from his facial contortions is clearly taking a very strong effect on him!
