I have seen work by this guy for years. There has never been any concensus, as far as I was concerned, as to who the artist was. Now I know. His name is Bill Ward (No, not the Bill Ward who drew that hot randy bottom avatar for DRUMMER). This Bill Ward is primarily into FEMDOM (shudder). but has drawn some very hot m/m stuff over the years. He has a very distinct, very cartoony facial style.
