I’m very sorry, Luke, but I can’t help you there – I just found it on my tumblr feed. I have done a web search, but I’m afraid that yielded nothing. A pity, because I’d love to see more myself! And yet again, I find myself bitterly regretting that it isn’t possible to lift a boy out of a picture and lay him over my knee!
