I just found it as a gif, I’m afraid, Seb. I have done a google search for it, but nothing came up (well, not absolutely nothing, if you get my meaning, haha!). But there has to be a film it’s been taken from. I’ll ask Ward to put out a picture identification request and maybe somebody will be able to suggest something that way.
