Fletch is a 24-year-old straight boy from a small town. He has a muscular body and a round, firm butt. There’s no shortage of things for which to punish Fletch. Fletch tells Tom he’s the black sheep of his family because he has gotten into more than his fair share of trouble.

Tom straps Fletch to a spanking bench and spanks him by hand and whips him with a leather whip. Tom uses the whip on Fletch’s butt and back. He also whips the soles of Fletch’s feet quite a bit. Fletch is very verbal and kicks and struggles against the belts that bind him (especially while Tom is whipping his feet).
He also jerks around and complains even more when Tom uses the electric paddle. Fletch apologizes repeatedly, though Tom doesn’t know what Fletch is sorry about (other than the fact that he is being spanked). Tom suspects Fletch doesn’t really know what he’s apologizing for, either! He just wants this spanking to end.
