After receiving a phone call from the headmaster, Oscar (Oscar Kraus) now has to face his stepdad, who confronts him regarding the damage of library books, and needless to say, his stepdad is not happy.
There is only one way to deal with this, starting with Oscar going over the kitchen table for a painful caning on trousers, underwear, and then on his bare backside to make sure he feels each swish and crack!
But it doesn’t end there; now Oscar has to go over the knee for a good spanking on those fresh welts so he learns not to damage college property.
