I believe this is Jonathan’s tribute to the Australian Soap “Neighbours” and in particular the actor Jesse Spencer who played the role of Billy Kennedy, and spent most of the 1990’s in snug fitting speedos. Jesse is now better known as Dr Robert Chase in the off beat US TV Show House.

Anyone who remembers Jesse playing Billy Kennedy will recall how eminently spankable he was! Fans should also try to catch Jesse in the TV adaptation of P.D.James’ “Death in Holy Orders” where he treats the audience to some great shots of his bare behind.

There are a whole host of new spanking drawings and cartoons over at Soup Goblin’s Stash including a lot of Henati work even I have never seen before.
