Officer Riley returns with Jackson, who was unable to pull up his “mobile ID”. While Alex goes to run car plate and registration of the speeders, Jackson quickly gets into an argument with Riley over “constitutional rights”. The argument ends with him receiving his own dose of local, Midwest polite discipline.
