Update Regarding Jock Spank and Bruce
Hi Everyone, here’s a follow up re the situation. As I said in the first posting we don’t have much information as to the cause of Bruce’s passing. What we did know was he had some problem with his leg and amputation was being mentioned. In one of the last communications we had with him he did say he felt better and that it was likely he would still have his leg. After that we heard nothing for several weeks until a member of his family kindly let us know he had died. Unfortunately perhaps that is all we know..
With regard to JockSpank Bruce was quite specific that if possible it should carry on if he were ever to not be available. As he also looked after Feel The Sting so we have all the access necessary to keep JockSpank going.
This will be a big undertaking for us as we not only run Sting Pictures but also have another business interests here the the Czech Republic. However, we are willing to give it our best shot if you folks out there want it. Some of you have already offered to help and that is much appreciated of course.
Bruce had certain conditions and beliefs as to what he felt JockSpank should be about but nevertheless we will happy to post submissions from contributors and producers without fear or favour if all stays inline with his vision of Jockspank content.
Rob is still getting his head round the site so output may be irregular to start with but as as said we will do our best with it.
